“Mu-um…!” groans my seven-year-old son, his voice heavy with exasperation. “Don’t you even know who Kylo Ren is?” Swiftly, he relays this apparently astounding lack of Star Wars knowledge to his father, (otherwise known as the reason why my son is so obsessed with this famous movie franchise), his little arms splayed out in frustration. It’s then that I realise that with the imminent release of the much anticipated 7th movie in the Star Wars saga “if you can’t beat them, join (forces) with them” is my only option.
